Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

- We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100 USD within Rwanda

Pre-Order & Made-to-Order Items
Some of our pieces are handmade or made-to-order for sustainable fashion reasons. If you’ve ordered one of these items:
